QuoteIdea: You dont rate x out of 5. You have categories, in each category you can use a scale from 0-10 to show how satisfied you were with a certain aspect of the transaction. Categories could include: Stealth, Security, Product description, Processing time, Communication ....This would make vendors a lot more comparable. To build a little upon your idea, I would structure it like this:* Shipping: Did I receive the product I ordered and the same amount as listed?Subsections - Shipping: Processing Time from time of ordering, Delivery Time to Country X, Stealth bad or good.* Product: How good is this individual product?Subsections - Product: How Priceworthy is the product? How does the quality compare to product X? Any noticeable defects or issues?* Information: Is enough information about how the Vendor operates posted in their Presentation?Subsections - Information: Is something crucial missing in the Presentation? Is something inaccurate in regards to how the Vendor has acted compared to what's been written in the Presentation?* Support: Does the Vendor answer my messages accurately?Subsections - Support: Are the messages answered in a timely manner?----------Now the same should of course go the other way around, for a feedback system for Vendors on Buyers. Attributes which could be enabled by choice:* Security: Is the customer discussing too openly about issues which would be dangerous if Law Enforcement got their hands on it (ie. giving their address away in a message) ?* Processing Time: How long it took for the customer to finalize the order after it was marked as in transit.* Feedback: Did the buyer unjustly give lower feedback than was warranted?* Reading Capability: Did the Customer ask a question which could easily have been answered if he had just read the Presentation?
